MUMBAI: Singer turned actress, Amika Shail is known for her works in Hindi movies, OTT series, OTT films, and television serials. She is remembered for her role in the Sab TV show Baalveer Returns as Vayu Pari.

Now, in an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar, Amika Shail revealed about her parameters before choosing a character, her dream actor and director and much more.
Who are your dream actor and director that you want to work with?
I would love to work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali at some point of time and in terms of actors, I would like to work with Hrithik Roshan. He’s my dream actor since my childhood so I would want to work with him definitely once in a life time.
What are your parameters for choosing a character?
If we talk about OTT, there’s a lot of nudity on the platforms so I think every actor should keep a boundary if they want to work for a long time or do some good work in the industry. So as a set parameter, I choose how much of it I want to do and not go ahead after a certain limit. In OTT, be it a small platform or a big platform, there’s a lot of nudity. So even as per the script, there’s over-nudity in some content. So being an actor or an actress, you will have to choose what kind of work you want to have going forward.
Tell us about your upcoming projects?
I have an upcoming show on Amazon Prime, I just cannot reveal the name right now. There are also some pending projects which are in post-production now so I’m waiting for those as well.
