MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj.

Adhik is angry with Pakhi for saying that Anuj and Anupama would return Choti Anu to the orphanage and for making unsettling comments about her.
Adhik will become irritated and say something unexpected.
He is going to reveal that Pakhi is unable to conceive and that this is his curse on her since she feels guilty for causing Choti Anu so much suffering.
When Pakhi fails to see the hatred in Adhik's eyes, she will go through an emotional breakdown.
She is slowly going insane from her desperation to have her own child.
