MUMBAI: As the premiere of the Disney+Hotstar show "Karmma Calling" approaches, Varun Sood, essaying the role of Ahaan Kothari opposite Namrata Sheth, opens up about the remarkable chemistry they share. The series, set to captivate audiences with its thrilling narrative and stellar cast, has generated buzz with its trailer.
Varun Sood, portraying Raveena Tandon's son, Ahaan Kothari, in the series, spoke about the chemistry he experienced with Namrata Sheth from day one. He highlighted the effortless and enjoyable collaboration both on and off the sets, praising Namrata for her role in making their on-screen connection authentic.
Expressing his gratitude, Varun stated, "Namrata and I had chemistry from day one, which was offset and onset both. She made it really easy for me to play this character. I am very glad that she could play Karmma Talwar in the show."

The actor further shared insights into his character, Ahaan Kothari, expressing excitement about finding similarities between himself and the character. Describing Ahaan as an in-depth person, Varun acknowledged the value of workshops in shaping his portrayal. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to bring this complex character to life.
"When I got a call for this show and this character, I was very excited because I found a lot of similarities between myself and Ahaan. He is a very in-depth person like me. We did a lot of workshops which helped me shape Ahaan in a better way. I am very lucky to have gotten this opportunity to play this character," shared Varun.
Directed by Ruchi Narain and produced by R.A.T. Films, "Karmma Calling" is a drama thriller series set to premiere on Disney+Hotstar on January 26, 2024.
