MUMBAI: Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show. The storyline takes a compelling twist as Anirudh, joined by Choton, orchestrates a plan to take Jhanak, leading to unexpected consequences.

Currently, Anirudh will go against his entire family and will give Jhanak the biggest platform of her life. She will dance in front of Srishti Mukherjee Arshi and Guriji and showcase her dance talent.

Srishti will take this as an insult and ask Arshi to break her alliance with Anirudh as she cannot have a future with him. Later Bipasha will ask Arshi to keep Anirudh busy so that rest of the family can kick Jhanak out of their house in his absence.

Jhanak will not be allowed to contact Anirudh and in his absence she will be kicked out of the house. Humiliated Jhanak will not want to stay in Kolkata any longer and hence takes the bus to Srinagar.
