MUMBAI: Star Plus, a premier entertaining channel known to deliver extraordinary content and venture into unexplored territory, has brought its audience a new show, Jhanak. Hiba Nawab will be seen essaying the titular role of Jhanak in the show, along with Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh as the main protagonist, and Chandani Sharma will essay the character of Arshi in the show. The show's current plot centers on Anirudh's desire to transform Jhanak into an independent woman.

As Anirudh heads back home, he is only thinking about Jhanak, not Arshi.
Sitting next to him in the car is Anirudh's alter ego, who helps him realize how much he loves Jhanak.
Anirudh has forgotten his first love, Arshi, and has fallen in love with his wife Jhanak. This is made clear by Anirudh's alter ego.
Even though Anirudh says he enjoys looking after Jhanak, he still hasn't realized that he is in love with her. Anirudh solely thinks about and worries about Jhanak all the time.
Anirudh is still unaware of his love for Jhanak.
