Netflix just announced its upcoming series Maamla Legal Hai. The series stars actors like Ravi Kishan, Naila Grrewal, Nidhi Bisht, Anantvijay, Yashpal Sharma, Amit Vikram Pandey, Brijendra Kala, and Vikram Pratap. The trailer of the series has been released and it shows fresh new comedy that will really leave you laughing on the floor.
Now talking about the movie, Tellychakkar got in touch with Gaurav Sarathe who plays a pivotal part in the movie. In conversation with Gaurav Sarathe, he revealed some interesting insights when asked about the series, his character and much more.
About the series
On this, Gaurav Sarathe said that it is a courtroom comedy directed by Rahul Pandey and Hemant Pandey. The movie was initially titled Waqalatnama but then it got changed to Maamla Legal Hai. It’s a big star cast and the series consists of 8 episodes wherein every episode has a different story to tell. He also added that this is going to be one of the most unique courtroom comedy drama.
About his character
On this, Gaurav Sarathe said that he is playing the role of Buleshwar. He also said that the character was initially given to someone else but the director loved him for this role and so he became Buleshwar.
Audience expectations
On this, Gaurav Sarathe said that he can see how the audience is excited about the show and added that it’s a courtroom drama that is not totally based in the courtroom, meaning that there will be some scenes outside the four walls and the series will have broader lines of limitations and so the audience will definitely be entertained. He also said that the series is surely filled with a lot of surprises.
