Keshav Pandit gets the axe

After Do Saheliyaan was abruptly pulled off air, it’s time for Balaji’s Keshav Pandit to get the axe on Zee. According to the buzz, the constant fall in the TRPs has prompted the channel to take this decision. Our insider tells us, “Keshav Pandit is being pulled off because the show though promoted well has not fared well. The show is going off this weekend and the last episode might air this weekend but the show will finish its existing storyline and then go off air.” Sarwar Ahuja who plays the lead role however hinted at a probable Season two of the show. Says Ahuja, “Season One of Keshav Pandit is coming to a close; however we are still shooting. The story has to come to a logical conclusion; the storyline has to complete its flow. So you never know how many episodes it will take. We are also looking at a probable second season but the issue is about the time slot. The 8.30 time slot has not worked well since it is a weekend and a lot of reality shows and films are aired at the same time.” The actor also added that he would definitely be a part of the second season if it goes on.
