MUMBAI : Directed by Chidambaram S Poduval, Manjummel Boys featured a great cast of actors like Khalid Rahman, Ganapathi, Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Jean Paul Lal, Deepak Parambol and some more. The movie released on 22nd February and is based on a group of friends who are on their vacation trip to Kodaikanal but get into some unexpected misadventures on their trip.
The survival thriller is based on a real incident that took place at the Guna Caves of Kodaikanal. The movie received some very positive reviews from the audience and opened up to Rs 3.3 crore on its first day.
Malayalam cinema has been giving some mindblowing content to us since some time now. Bramayugam starring Mammootty was amazing and it is reported that Manjummel Boys collected even more than Mammootty starrer movie on its opening day.
The movie is soon to be released in Telugu on 6th April but this isn’t the only big news. While the audience is still in love with the movie, now it is reported that actress Aparna Das is going to tie the knot with Manjummel actor Deepak Parambol.
When talking about Aparna Das, she earned recognition with her performance in movies like Beast and Dada. She has also worked in movies like Kannur Squad, Imbam, John Luther and many more.
