MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Earlier, Anirudh calls her heartless whereas Jhanak feels bad after listening to it. She tells him that she never thought about him that way. Jhanak tries to ignore Anirudh’s question about why she did not think about him even though he gave him a chance to do so.
Later, Anirudh asks her not to play with her life and to give a second thought about it before making any decision. He tells her that hopefully, that person will like her, leaving her stunned.
On the other hand, Vinayak opposes the marriage. He tells Shrishti and Arsh ‘that he will do everything to not let this marriage succeed.
Now, Anirudh hopes that guy will like her and he will grandly celebrate her wedding. He says that her mother will be pleased seeing her getting married with her consent and happy. The Bose family welcomes and greets Avinash who came to see Janak for marriage. Appu is shocked to see an old man’s marriage proposal for Jhanak.
Shrishti is offended by Appu's comment and will clarify that he didn't come here to be humiliated. Instead, he right away stated he wanted to marry Jhanak.
On the other hand, Anirudh is worried about Jhanak’s marriage and decides to get to know the man who sent a marriage proposal for Jhanak. He also doubts Shrishti’s intentions. He also wanted to go into the depths of the drink overdose that Jhanak had suffered. He decided to see the CCTV footage for it. Jhanak is shocked to see Avinash.
