MUMBAI: Colors channel has been bringing out successful and hit shows for the entertainment of audiences for a very long time. Shashi Sumeet Productions has come up with a new show for Colors starring Shagun Pandey and Shruti Choudhary, titled Mera Balam Thandedaar. Shashi Mittal and Sumeet Hukamchand Mittal’s production house, Shashi Sumeet Productions Pvt. Ltd produces the show. The show is based around an honest cop played by Shagun, and his love story. A girl gets married to a police officer under unfortunate circumstances and a series of events unfold next.

Earlier, Dhristi came up with the evil plan and shared it with Kaveri. Sulakshana was impressed with Bulbul. Sulakshana tells Kaveri that her medicine is over therefore Kaveri tells her to ask Bulbul to bring it and smirks seeing Drishti. Bulbul went to the washroom. Riya waited for her and told her that she wanted to say something, but hearing the whistle, she refused to say anything and went.

After Bulbul left home, she received a text from Sulakshana asking her to buy medicines. She sees Varnika leaving with Avinash. Despite Bulbul's attempts to stop her, Varnika leaves with Avinash, promising to meet him later for a meteor shower. Unknown to everyone, Avinash's real plan is to take compromising pictures of Varnika. However, Bulbul impresses Sulakshana by managing to fulfill both her responsibilities. Meanwhile, Drishti's schemes lead Sulakshana to believe Bulbul is a liar, as Drishti secretly ordered the meds online.
Next, Veer helps Bulbul study for her test while she cooks dinner. At the table, Sulakshana wants Bulbul to do extra chores, but Veer defends her and tells her she needs to study. Later, Veer records lessons for Bulbul, who uses Vicks to stay awake. When Bulbul tries to stop Varnika from leaving for a questionable event, she resorts to a fake injury to prevent her.
Further, Vardhan blesses Bulbul with a God idol, and Veer reassures her before the exam. However, Bulbul tries to negotiate a deal with Veer to pass the test. Meanwhile, Varnika snaps at Veer, leaving Bulbul sympathetic. Later, during the exam, Bulbul catches Varnika cheating and takes the blame to protect her.
Later, Veer arrests a man for leaking exam papers but is shocked to learn that Bulbul cheated. Later, rushing to the college, he refuses leniency for Bulbul from the Principal. At home, Sulakshana slaps Bulbul, and Veer blames himself for pushing her to study.
In the upcoming episode, Varnika's anxiety leads to a confrontation with Bulbul, who urges her to break ties with Avinash. However, Bulbul reveals she protected Varnika to avoid disappointing Veer. Meanwhile, Varnika promises to change, and Bulbul secures Drishti's silence. Despite apologizing, Veer leaves without eating. Later, Bulbul and Vayu sneak food to Veer at the cop station, where she vows redemption.
