MUMBAI: Varun Dhawan turned a year older today. The would-be-father had a cute celebration at home and posted glimpses of the celebration on his social media feed. In an array of snaps, he revealed his birthday cake and was also seen embracing his mom with a tight hug. The snaps also showed the birthday decorations and fans got to see a cute glimpse of Varun's dog who joined in the birthday celebration.
The actor took to his Instagram handle to reveal that 'he ate very little cake'. This was because he would be starting a new film and was excited about the same. “Growing, learning and yet trying to stay the same. Thank you for all the wonderful wishes and love. P.S. - I ate very little of that cake since I start a new movie very soon so very excited about that!!!!”, read his post. He did not reveal much details about the movie, but his caption hinted that the actor has been on a strict diet and something exciting has been coming up.

Varun's 'ABCD 2' co-star Shraddha Kapoor immediately commented, "Happy Bday Babdulal Main hoon na, I will eat a lot of cake from your side". The actor has a packed schedule ahead and has a lot of releases lined up. He is waiting for the release of his next offering 'Baby John' which will be released on May 31, 2024. He will also be seen in 'Citadel: Hunny Bunny' with Samantha Ruth Prabhu. He has also signed up for 'No Entry 2', 'Bhediya 2' and 'Stree 2'.
