Breaking! Gul Khan confirms Imlie going off-air next month; says, 'It's been a long run, before it dips further we wanted to end it now so the brand still had a value'

MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is doing well when it comes to the ratings and it's among the top ten shows.

The show took a 20-year leap a while ago; we now get to see a new grown-up Imlie, played by Adrija Roy and Agastya played by Sai Ketan Rao.

The show began on a good note where the inital cast of the show was Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Fahmaan Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani and back then the TRP was really good.

Then the show took another second generation leap and the leads were replaced by Karan Vohra, Megha Chakraborty and Seerat Kapoor where the show did well in the beginning and the ratings dipped.

Then finally now the third generation story is going on. Adrija Roy and Sai Ketan Rao are the leads of the show.

The show was going well initially when it came to TRPs but then with the track changing the ratings dip and now the makers have decided to end the show.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Gul Khan who is the producer of Imlie who confirmed that the show would be going off - air.

The ace producer said ' 'It's been a long run, before it dips further we wanted to end it now so the brand still had a value'

Well, there is no doubt that fans are going to miss watching the serial and their favourite stars as the audience did like the chemistry between Adrija and Sai.

These days the track of the serial is quite interesting as now Indira has come to know Imlie's truth and she wants to get rid of her and free Surya.
