Imlie : Fan - Fiction Netizens decode the reason for the show going off-air blame it on Agastya's character ending

MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is doing well when it comes to the ratings. The show took a 20-year leap a while ago; we now get to see a new grown-up Imlie, played by Adrija Roy and Agastya played by Sai Ketan Rao.

When the serial had just taken a leap the show was doing well and it was among the top five shows when it came to the TRP ratings and the audience was in love with the love story of Agastya and Imlie which had just begun.

But now suddenly a twist was introduced in the serial and Agastya's character was scrapped all of a sudden and suddenly the love story came to an end and a new character "Surya" was introduced by the makers of the show.

The storyline is focussing on the complexity of the marriage surrounding Imlie and Surya and how they are dealing it.

Now as we reported that the show is going off - air Netizens have revealed the reason behind it. 

Fans feel that Agastya's death shouldn't have had happened and that he should have been alive as the love story of Imlie and Agastya was loved by the fans.

Some also said it was high time Imlie did see a love story as that was missing from the show and hence could be the reason for a low dip.

Sheena Singh : I thought so that the show would go off air as the story had nothing to offer. The love story shown in the show in the past two generations was loved but here there wasn't anything. 

Abhishek Kapoor : The plot lost his grip with Agastya's as the love story between Imlie was loved and when it began that's when the makers ended it which impacted the ratings and hence its going off-air. 

Meghna Mathur : Imlie was one of my favorite serials but I missed seeing a love story for which the first two generation was known for. But am upset the show is going off-air but this was excepted.

Pooja Shah: I feel the plot of Agastya and Imlie should have continued and I feel after his death only the ratings are fallen and the result is that the show is going off air 

Well, there is no doubt that the fans would miss watching Imlie as the story is going off - air.
