The makers have come back with season 2 of the series with the same star cast and addition of Akshay Oberoi and Geetika Vidya Ohlyan. The series shows the rivalry between two media channels and in season 2 the fight just gets even uglier as Radha Bhargav, played by Shriya Pilgaonkar, gets bail and starts as the managing director of Awaaz Bharati digital.

In the first season, we got to watch Ameena Qureshi (played by Sonali Bendre) and Dipankar Sanyal (played by Jaideep Ahlawat) as the two extreme ends of journalists, clashing with their ethics and ideologies with a world of difference between them. Meanwhile, Radha Bhargav tries to rise as a seed with its own identity and style of journalism and with the energy of a young journalist.

Now in the second season, the makers have taken things one notch higher with Radha Bhargav roaring after coming out of jail and going all out to battle with Dipankar Sanyal. This new season shows a good difference between Dipankar Sanyal and Ameena Qureshi as two extremes with Radha Bhargav somewhere in the middle.
