MUMBAI: Hina Khan is one of the most popular TV actors. She is known for playing Akshara in Star Plus's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. In 2017, she participated in the reality shows Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8 and Bigg Boss 11 and emerged as the runner-up in both. The stunning diva who stepped into the television world with her debut show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and became popular in no time.

Hina Khan who has a huge fan following keeps sharing little anecdotes from her life and movie. She has now opened up about shooting while having period discomfort. She took to her Instagram page and wrote, “tell us a big no-no during periods!”
She added, “I wish I had an option of not shooting on the first two days. Not exaggerating.. But imaging shooting outdoors. In almost 40 degrees. With bad period cramps, mood swings, dehydration, heat rashes, discomfort, low BP, shooting chase sequences which involve a lot of running around in the sun.. It’s madness #actorslife.”
