MUMBAI : Mohammad Nazim Khilji is a well known television actor and he has a good fan following.
He had debuted with the serial Shaurya Aur Suhani but then rose to fame with his performance as Ahem Parag Modi in Star Plus's popular show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and it was one of the longest running shows on television.
In the year 2020, one again the show was back on television and Nazim played a double role in the serial.
He also played the main male lead of Saksham Modi in Star Bharat's Tera Mera Saath Rahe.
Since then the actor is on break and hasn’t done any work on television, his name had popped up for the reality show Bigg Boss but then he wasn’t part of the show.
In a recent interview the actor spoke about how he was also going to leave Saath Nibhaana Saathiya after Gia did.
The actor said 'When Gia had left the show has she was offered Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa the offer had come to me also and I had to leave the show and was paid well to participate, then I discussed it with my mother and she told me not to leave the show and to continue, but then I told her why can't I do the show. She then told me if she leaves and you leave then how would the show run'
He further said 'I wanted to do Jahalk and thought that ahead I would get shows as it was a big platform and from two- three days I had this in my mind as they were possessive that I signed the show, but I was young and didn't know what to do. Then the next morning my mother called me it was my off and she told me not to do Jhalak as she told me that nothing is going to happen and my name would get spoilt and my success would come from Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and then I decided I would do Saathiya and not Jhalak and the luckily the TRPs didn't fall but went up'
Well, currently Nazim is on a break and the fans miss watching it on screen.
