CID actor Dayanand Shetty reveals his hidden talent; His co-stars Hrishikesh Pandey, and Ansha Sayed quick to praise the actor

MUMBAI: Fans were treated to a delightful surprise when CID actor Dayanand Shetty posted a video of himself singing on social media. The actor posted a video of himself singing a famous song. He is most renowned for playing Senior Inspector Daya in the popular television series CID. His beautiful performance astonished colleagues and fans.

Dayanand Shetty posted a video on June 23 in which he can be heard singing the song Oh Re Taal Mile Nadi Ke Jal Mein. His colleagues fully acknowledged his amazing singing talents.

The actor Hrishikesh Pandey who played Inspector Sachin on CID reacted to the video immediately. He commented, "Kyaaaa baaat hai bhaiiii barsaat ka asar," expressing his appreciation for the undiscovered skill of Shetty.

Ansha Sayed, another co-star who played Sub-Inspector Purvi, also joined in, making a special request for Shetty to sing Phoolon Ke Rang Se by Kishore Kumar. She wrote, "Sir special demand..phoolon ke rang se by kishore ji."

The actor's fans were ecstatic to witness the fresh face of the man they had grown to know as the tough and rough TV inspector. While some of them recalled episodes of their beloved television show, CID, the majority of them applauded him. Aditya Srivastava, known as Abhijeet, would certainly be jealous of his skill, a user also commented.

Salunkhe, Shivaji Satam as the legendary ACP Pradyuman, and Ashutosh Gowariker as Sr. Inspector Virendra were among the ensemble cast members of the popular crime investigation series CID. The drama ran on Sony TV from 1998 to 2018 and captivated viewers with its gripping plots and beloved characters.

The CID actors are still in contact, and they recently surprised their fans with a reunion, which should also be acknowledged as well. Fans became emotional upon seeing the photos.
