The actor who plays Vanraj Shah in the program, Sudhanshu Pandey, recently opened up about a doctor who tried to molest him when he was a child. The actor also talked about his professional experience about the casting couch and how he handled it.
The famous actor from Anupamaa clarified this in an interview, stating that he does not think the saying "kuch paane ke liye kuch khona padta" is true. The actor went on to say that actors in the entertainment business are frequently expected to "compromise and adjust" on occasions, and that not only do women frequently find themselves in these situations, but males do too. Sudhanshu says that he has always been a psychologically tough guy and that he does not believe in taking short cuts while discussing how he handled these events. The actor continues by saying that he was urged to make compromises for a long time and that in exchange, he was offered jobs by well-known filmmakers. But Sudhanshu goes on to say that he has always known what he wants and doesn't want in life.
Sudhanshu talks further about a horrific event from his early years, including a doctor attempting to molest him. The well-known Anupamaa recalls attending a family wedding and seeing a doctor there. The 12-year-old Sudhanshu developed a strong bond with him. At that point, the doctor invited Sudhanshu to visit his chamber. As soon as Sudhanshu entered, he became aware of his genuine goals and objectives. He proceeded to tell his mother everything after pushing the doctor in some way. According to Sudhanshu, this experience was beneficial to him going forward and that he would immediately inform people that he is not the kind of person who would compromise.
