While Nia has been summoned, Krystle and Karan were questioned by the investigative agency on Wednesday, July 3, according to information collected by the popular news portal. They are allegedly being questioned extensively over a money laundering case related to illegal online forex trading via international brokers, including OctaFx.com and the OctaFx trading app.

Nia Sharma, Krystle D’Souza, and Karan Wahi are popular names in the television industry. Karan is known for shows like Dill Mill Gayye and Channa Mereya. He is currently seen in Raisinghani vs Raisinghani.

On the other hand, Nia and Krystle worked together in the popular show Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, which aired from 2011 to 2013. Later, Krystle also starred in shows like Brahmarakshas, Belan Wali Bahu and Ekk Nayi Pehchaan.

Nia is currently seen in Suhagan Chudail and Laugher Chefs. Suhagan Chudail marks Nia’s comeback to TV after a four-year hiatus from daily soaps. It is a supernatural drama in which Nia is seen playing a negative role.

Previously, Nia was talking to the popular news agency when she talked about her comeback on TV and said, “It was a conscious decision (to not do TV shows) as the idea was that TV overall in the last few years has really drained in terms of TRP. Every show was shutting (down) in three to four months. The kind of shows I’ve done, they had longevity, they were running for years and years. I always believed that a project shouldn’t be like, it came and it went off air and no one was aware about it.”

“I’m sceptical of those kinds of things, and that’s why I was consciously not taking up a TV project because everyone was experimenting. Nobody was sure and even the roles that I got (offered), I did not resonate with them. All the shows that were being offered to me went off (air) in three months. So, I was kind of okay, ‘Thankfully, I did not take it up’,” the actress added.
