MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui secretly wed makeup artist Mehzabeen Coatwala for the second time. The couple finally confirmed the rumors on June 31 by sharing pictures of themselves on social media. The first runner-up of Big Boss 17 Abhishek Kumar has now responded to the well-known comedian's wedding. After filming in Romania for Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, he recently returned to Mumbai.
During Bigg Boss 17, Abhishek Kumar and Munawar Faruqui had a strong friendship. As Kumar arrived back in Mumbai from Romania on July 3, he and his parents were photographed at the airport. Abhishek was questioned about Munawar Faruqui as he was speaking with the press.
He said, "Kal hi baat hui hai, kal nahi parson puch raha that journey ke baare mein. Maine use bola, Bhabhi ko hi bolna. It has been great, I never thought our bond would turn out this good. We keep in touch and keep asking each other about our whereabouts. Munawar ke saath mera bond accha hai, shukar hai."
Munawar and Mehzabeen flew to Dubai on June 26, their one-month anniversary. At a fancy restaurant, Faruqui was spotted pampering his wife. There, they enjoyed a cake. The comedian gave his wife a loving meal and a kiss.
Jasmine was Munawar Faruqui's previous wife. Their son Mikael, who is six years old, lives with the Bigg Boss 17 winner. Mehzabeen already has a daughter, and this is her second marriage.
