MUMBAI: Marvel movies always excited us, atleast with the trailer but after a long time, it's 'Deadpool & Wolverine' here that has entertained us through and through. We have all seen the trailer earlier and unlike other trailers, there's a lot to watch in the movie as not-so-much is revealed in the trailer.
Firstly, do not get up from your seat when you the credits rolling. No spoilers here but it's going to worth it. Now that we have clear that out of way, let's move on.
Earlier, there were people who wished to see Deadpool with Spiderman but this movie has changed our ideas and we now know that Deadpool is best when he comes with Wolverine. We don't just mean in superhero manner but High Jackman's IDGAF attitude, depth and intensity in emotions, wild action, looks best when paired with Ryan Reynolds' comedy, 'kiddish' attitude and amazing action.
The movie takes its time in the beginning to hook us up but once Hugh Jackman enters there's no turning away...not to mention it's Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine IN A COSTUME. The movie has a simple storyline filled with fun parodies, unexpected humour and cameos so surprising it'll get you jumping on your seat but hold on tight. Instead, let yourself loose because this one's going to be a fun ride with some deeply emotional turns for X-Man fans.
The essence of the movie is the comedy and Marvel has definitely gone all out this time. One thing to keep in mind though is that you can't watch this movie if you haven't watch Loki (the series) and some X-Man heroes movies earlier.
All-in-all, this was an entertaining movie with hilarious dialogues, perfect Deadpool humour with good Wolverine addition. Yes, the action could've been much better but the comedy makes up for it.
