Ranbir Kapoor revealed in a recent interview with Nikhil Kamath that he became aware of it at a young age, having grown up in a family of movie stars while watching numerous successful individuals. However, concurrently, he witnessed "so many failures."
He added that there had been "generations of successful actors and those who have failed," and he realized why they had failed. He claimed to have "studied them" and observed them since he was very little.
To explain his point, he further cited the example of his late father, Rishi Kapoor, who, according to Ranbir, used to be rude to fans who would approach him for autographs and pictures. The actor asserted that he is "not interested" in doing so.
The Animal actor further continued by recalling how he observed the fan’s disappointment and decided that he "can’t say no to anybody."
He said, "I would see the fan’s face and them looking at my father with so much disdain and disappointment. If somebody wants a picture with me or an autograph, I’m more than happy to oblige.”
Currently, Ranbir Kapoor is occupied with several exciting projects in his kitty. He is presently shooting Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari. He is going to portray Lord Rama, while Ravi Dubey is going to play Lakshman and Sai Pallavi is going to play Sita. Yash, Sunny Deol, Rakul Preet Singh, and others will be seen in significant parts of the movie.
In addition, he has Love & War by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, which will feature him alongside Vicky Kaushal and his wife Alia Bhatt. The movie is slated for release on Christmas 2025, and is praised as an "epic saga." Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal Park is another project that Ranbir is working on.
