Neha Bhasin has an extensive following on Instagram, where she frequently posts life updates. Neha recently posted a long statement on Instagram detailing her diagnoses of Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD) and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). She revealed that, although she had known for years that something was wrong with her health, after a long time and with advances in medicine she realized how damaged her nervous system feels.
In the note, Neha mentioned the symptoms of those illnesses, like chronic fatigue, physical and emotional pain, anxiety, and more. The singer said she has now found solace in journaling and yoga. She admitted that she had been in pain for several years and still pushed herself to achieve her goals, and now her therapist suggested her to rest.
She captioned the post, "A day in my journal as I struggle with certain challenges in my life. I neither write this as a victim nor a Victor. I just write as that seems like the most comforting thing to do. Sending everyone love."
Celebrities and fans rushed to Neha's help after she posted a long statement on Instagram regarding her medical diagnosis. A user expressed, "Sending loads of love and hugs to the person whose music and voice soothe and console me when I am down." Another user wrote, "Powerpuff girl, you stay strong, Neha mam, you are a warrior."
