MUMBAI: Television actor Dalljiet Kaur revealed the tattoo she got with him and is currently seeking ideas to redesign it after divorcing her husband Nikhil Patel. A public rift developed between Dalljiet and her divorced husband Nikhil after Dalljiet accused him of having an extramarital affair.
When Dalljiet and Nikhil began dating, they got matching tattoos. The wording on the tattoo, "Take 2," alluded to their second chance at love. Dalljiet posted a collage of images of her and Nikhil's tattoos in an Instagram photo.

She wrote, "Take 2. A tattoo that represents strength to fall in love again. Strength to trust again. Strength to leave the country and wrap up everything for love and a hope to have a family that me and Jaydon craved so much for. After nine years, I took the plunge as I got lost in the fantasy of having a family and all that I was being told to believe (sic)."
Dalljiet highlighted 'Take 2' as being able to give herself another shot. She also mentioned that one of the reasons she got married was to provide her son with a fatherly experience. From her initial marriage to actor Shalin Bhanot, Dalljiet has a son named Jaydon.
In her post, Dalljiet continued, "Now I know there was no such thing as faith and loyalty, love and respect, togetherness and commitment. It was all about numbers from the very beginning, and loyalty was never on the table. Numbers must be high, so the switch happened quickly! (sic)."
Dalljiet added hinting about Nikhil's extramarital affair, "Now I know, when I was being told 'we will fix this,' there was a replacement already being fixed too..."
The actress said she is ready to accept the fun ideas to redesign her tattoo, "For all those who are insisting on redesigning my tattoo. Yes, I am going to do it. Come up with good ideas; we can do something fun and creative so the healing finally begins. Would look forward to some fun ideas (sic)."
On March 10, 2023, Dalljiet Kaur got married to Nikhil Patel in front of her family and close friends. She was previously married to Shalin Bhanot, but they divorced in 2015 after she accused him of domestic violence. This was her second marriage.
