MUMBAI: For many years, Johny Lever has delighted audiences with his performances in Hindi films. For his roles in comedy movies, the actor has received a lot of praise. August 14, 2024, is his 67th birthday today. Let's go back in time to the occasion when Shah Rukh Khan, who co-starred with Lever in numerous movies, including Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, referred to himself as a "fan" of the comedian. Additionally, SRK lauded his "beautiful" and "intelligent" speeches.
In a previous interview with the media at a function, Shah Rukh Khan was asked which of Johny Lever's jokes was his favorite. SRK told the latter that he enjoyed everything that Johny Lever had told him.
Shah Rukh Khan who shared screen space with Johny in many films said, “Aur sirf jokes nahi, actually logon ko shayad kam maloom hai, Johny bhai sabse intelligent, khoobsurat, philosophy aur religion ki baatein karte hain. Main inka fan isliye hun.”
Alongside each other, Johny Lever and Shah Rukh Khan have starred in a number of movies, including Dilwale, Karan Arjun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Baadshah, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and Baazigar. Lever, who portrayed Colonel Almeida in Karan Johar's KKHH, provided a number of memorable and humorous scenes.
The actor is currently getting ready to play the lead in the much awaited film Welcome to the Jungle.
