Kaun Banega Crorepati 16: Amitabh Bachchan recalls his college days; Says, ‘Hamara pura poll joh hai woh khuljaega’

MUMBAI: In the most recent Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 episode, Amitabh Bachchan wishes Raksha Bandhan a happy birthday and extends his congratulations. Then he presents the new group of competitors and begins the Fastest Finger First round. Next, he makes a hot seat call to Kajol Ved. She was the only competitor to correctly answer the question. Delhi-born Kajol works as a business management developer.

It all began when Kajol Ved was asked by Amitabh Bachchan which mall she would visit following her gain of money from the superhero Dhanrashi. She says that the real fun is at Sarojini Market and Lajpat Nagar Market, not in the mall. Big B went on to say that her words had come straight from the heart. Delhiites love the chaat from Bengali Market, the Paranthe Wali Gali at Chandni Chowk, and Sarojini Market.

The Kalki 2898 AD actor says, “Etni sab jankari lekar aaye hai, kyuki hum bhi kafi samay waha bitaye hai." Kajol then asked him, "Mei wahi aapse puchne wali thi, aap South campus aate thei kya?"

Big B blushed and said, “Devi ji kya hai, ab hum shaadi shuda hoh gaye hai. Naati pota bhi hoh gaye hai. Woh zamana joh tha woh jawani ka zamana tha. Uske bare mein kya bataye hum? Batane se hamara pura poll joh hai woh khuljaega.”
