MUMBAI: Bhagya Lakshmi, a Zee TV show, tells the story of Lakshmi's life taking an unexpected turn when she marries a wealthy businessman named Rishi Oberoi. Despite this, when she learns the truth about her marriage, she feels betrayed.

In the episodes to come, Malishka will force Rishi to kiss her and this is to convince the Oberois that they are willing to marry. On the other hand, Sonal will spread news about Lakshmi falling unconscious and Rishi will rush towards her. Rishi will give her CPR while Malishka will be angry.
