Tension builds as Sai presents thoughtful gifts to each person, surprising them all. Rajat's father drops his phone unintentionally, shattering the screen.
Rajat's mother is terrified because she thinks this is how Kanha Ji is expressing his disapproval. She remembers that this year she didn't make the elaborate Chappan Bhog that she used to make for Kanha Ji on Janmashtami.
She interprets the broken phone as a sign from God, but Rajat's father tries to reassure her that it's only a coincidence. Rajat's mother, however, is not persuaded.
