MUMBAI : Hari Om OTT, India’s first OTT platform which showcases stories from our Vedic History, presents Jai Jagannath, featuring the popular actor Sharad Malhotra in the titular role of Lord Krishna.
The series brings to life the incredible journey of how Lord Krishna's heart was placed into sacred wood to create the temple of Jagannath. It delves into the profound devotion, ancient history, and divine interventions that define the legend of Lord Jagannath. It is the first time the unbelievable story of Lord Jagannath has been showcased on such a grand scale only on Hari Om OTT.

The show also features popular actors such as Shrishti Maheshwari, Tarun Raj, Jiya Chauhan and Kunal Singh Rajpoot in prominent roles.
TellyChakkar asked Sharad about his role in the series. Sharad mentioned, “When I was offered this show, I was asked to play the role according to my perspective. I studied it and when I was told to play Lord Krishna as I perceive him, the most interesting thing is that this show is about Jai Jagannath, Lord Krishna’s last phase on earth. It is about the part after Mahabharata where Gandhari ji gets cursed.
So my understanding of this part has been different. It is a prelude to how Lord Krishna leaves his body and Lord Jagannath is established.”
