Ishika Shahi talks about how Dad Rajan Shahi inspires her love for dogs Exclusive!

MUMBAI: Tajam Shahi is a well known and lived producer in the tv industry. He has given us shows like Yeh Rishta kya kehlata hai, Anupama, among many others. His production house DKP recently unveiled the DKP cha raja on the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi.

We caught up with Rajan Shahi and his daughter Ishika who told us about their fondness for dogs.

Rajan said that since 17 years they have been welcoming Bappa in their office and the temple that was initiated by his mother. He feels blessed to welcome Bappa this year as well. He also mentioned that the theme for this year was his daughter’s idea.

Ishika said that Her dad has always been supportive when it comes to rescuing dogs and getting them treated. Even if she has to take an injured stray to the hospital her car, her dad would say it is no problem just smfo what it takes to get help.
