MUMBAI: Having made singing sensations of its talent through opportunities to release their original singles on Zee Music Co. week-on-week last year, Zee TV’s iconic singing reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ is back with a fresh season, an all-new panel of mentors and some of the finest new voices of India – Nayi Awaaz, Naye Andaaz Mein.
This time around, the contestants will be groomed extensively by their mentors, each of whom will be deeply invested in the musical journeys of their protégés, adding value to their learning curve as they jointly vie for the coveted trophy. With today’s music composers, whose hit melodies resonate with every emotion of India, going head-to-head in a competitive environment, sparks of musical brilliance are sure to ignite!
Returning to reality TV after a long hiatus of 6 years, popular music composer, singer, and songwriter Guru Randhawa, known for his iconic songs like 'High Rated Gabru', ‘Lahore’, ‘Morni Banke’, 'Naach Meri Rani', 'Suit Suit', and ‘Ban Ja Rani’ will be seen mentoring and guiding the budding singers of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. This most wanted munda plans to be a friendly coach to the young talent of this season. He says he’s looking for strong performers with great stage presence alongside superlative singing!
