MUMBAI : Star Plus’s show Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua is a remake of the popular Bengali daily soap Anurager Chhowa. The show stars Akkshith Sukhija, Aditi Tripathi, and Urvashi Pardeshi in the leading roles. The show centers around how Deepika faces mistreatment from her stepmother and stepsister; her life changes after she meets a young doctor who wishes to marry her. It is set against the backdrop of Rajasthan. It is a tale of Deepika and Chirag and what unfolds in the lives of Deepika and Chirag, who fall in love.
Jhanvi is outraged to see Deepika and Chirag happy. After their grah-pravesh, the couple gets ready for their first wedding night.
Therefore, Jhanvi acts in dishonesty and staging a drama in the hospital when she calls pretending to be a nurse and requests that Chirag come to the hospital since his patient is in critical condition.
At this point, the drama picks up when Lavanya sees Jhanvi and she puts up an offer to her against Deepika.
Jhanvi tells Lavanya that she hates Deepika and that she doesn't want her to continue staying happy.
She thus offers to help Lavanya in her fight against Deepika and removes her from Chirag's life. Lavanya will therefore force Jhanvi to sit in the muh-dikhayi ritual and not Deepika.
