MUMBAI: Colors show ‘Megha Barsenge’ sheds light on a newlywed bride, abandoned by her NRI dulha Manoj who is challenged with weathering the deceit and restoring her family's reputation. Amidst her struggle, she finds an unexpected ally in Arjun, an IAS officer who aids her quest to confront the elusive groom. It appears like Manoj plans to lock Megha up at his home so she can't escape and report him for arrest. Manoj believed he was marrying a gullible and cowardly girl who would never be able to find him.
He had no idea, though, that Megha would exhibit such bravery as to transcend international boundaries and travel to Georgia in search of answers. When Megha discovers the truth at last, she threatens to put Manoj in jail by exposing him.
Because he knows that Megha will be perceived as afraid, Manoj ties her up to prevent her from leaving and ruining his life and career in Georgia. Megha won't be answering his calls, so Arjun will also suspect foul play and head to Manoj's house to get her.
