Rajesh expressed,“OTT definitely gives you a lot of opportunities to perform as an artist and in the past two years there has been a drastic change. Even for me, be it my personality or my outlook, I have got 10 to 11 different characters to play. From 24 years, I have done around two Hindi films and from one to two years I have done three to four films. So I am seeing that there is acceptance from the audience. I am getting different kinds of roles and truly, the OTT medium has brought a number of different opportunities.

The content produced is of eight to ten episodes and there is time to prepare. However, the flipside is that you cannot go wrong as there are a limited number of episodes. When it comes to television shows, you get a chance to improvise on scenes. When it comes to films and OTT, you have just one opportunity and what is done is done.”

When asked which OTT projects he liked, Rajesh shared, “I liked the Kota Factory. Gagan sir gave matter of fact talks. Rautu Ka Raaz is one more where I play a gadwali. It was a little at ease to play the character because my schooling was done in Dehradun so I knew the dialect. Haddi is also a project where I had played a different role. Upcoming projects where I play unique roles are Freedom At Midnight where I play Nawabzada Liaquat Ali Khan, the first Prime Minister of Pakistan. Binny and Family is another project which is dynamic.” (Also Read: Surprising!
