MUMBAI: Star Plus’s show Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua is a remake of the popular Bengali daily soap Anurager Chhowa. The show stars Akkshith Sukhija, Aditi Tripathi, and Urvashi Pardeshi in the leading roles. The show centers around how Deepika faces mistreatment from her stepmother and stepsister; her life changes after she meets a young doctor who wishes to marry her. It is set against the backdrop of Rajasthan. It is a tale of Deepika and Chirag and what unfolds in the lives of Deepika and Chirag, who fall in love.
After receiving a call from Prithvi, Deepika brings the Mangalsutra to the Mandap and asks that she search for it. After taking it from her, Lavanya requests her to leave.
Lavanya gets angry when Omkar clutches her hand and asks her to go with him because she is his daughter-in-law and he won't allow her to leave without attending the wedding.
Lavanya declines to bless Deepika, causing Deepika hurt by her actions. She's not just ignoring them, either. Her actions are also causing them pain.
Lavanya humiliates Deepika more by pointing her that her skin tone stops her from being her daughter-in-law. She stepped aside so as not let her to touch her feet.
Lavanya is tricked by Mishika into liking Deepika's demeanor and how sorted she is. She gives her a sense that she can keep her family together even as Jhanvi begins to get suspicious.
