MUMBAI : Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai. Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.
It was demonstrated that Durga is astonished to hear Rajesh tell her that she cannot leave from there because he will not permit her to do so. She asks him to release her.
But in order for them to live happily together, Chandni asks her to accept Rakesh. She urges her to Stop performing this Drama to which Durga lashes out at her for her comments.
The story takes an interesting turn when Rajesh informs Durga that Anurag is phoning her; she is astonished to see it. He agrees when she begs to speak with her in private.
When Anurag arrives at Durga's place on time, he interrupts her marriage to Rajesh and lashes out at him for whatever he was about to do to ruin her. Rajesh puts himself forward.
In the upcoming episodes, Anurag will find out where Durga is after Pani Bai tells him. She then resolves to take revenge by ruining them for what they did.
