MUMBAI: Bhakti Rathod is a well-known TV actress who has been a part of the television industry for several years now.

The talented actress has been a part of many hit TV shows over the years.

Bhakti is well-known for her roles in shows like Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand, Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein, Thoda Sa Badal Thoda Sa Pani, Bhakharwadi, Kuch Smiles Ho Jayein... With Alia among others.

The pretty diva is currently seen as Mrs Parekh in Sony SAB's popular show Pushpa Impossible.

Pushpa Impossible started on a grand note 2 years ago and it has been working wonders.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Bhakti who spoke in length about her character and much more.

How has your character shaped up so far in the two-year journey?

I am very happy the way Sonal has pragmatically grown to accept Pushpa’s world. I love it when women audience catch me in public places and express their wish of having a Samdhan like Sonal in their real life.

Tell us about your bond with the cast.

We are a naughty team. We all bond with constant jokes and taang khichai with each other on the sets. Pushpa, Jugal, Sushila, Bapodra, Dilip, Viren and Manish are my dear friends amongst the actors, and I am very close to other department heads because of our Hatsoff family culture. The mutual respect is our USP.

Any similarities between Sonal and you in real life? How much do you relate to it?

Sonal is a very intelligently written character, if I did not have any similarities with her earlier, I think I developed it gradually. She is so inspiring, that I borrow many values from her in real life.
