MUMBAI: India's beloved singing reality show, Indian Idol, returns with Season 15 on Sony Entertainment Television, once again showcasing some of the finest voices from across the nation. This season, the show has taken on a fresh vibe with the addition of music sensation Badshah, whose dynamic presence adds a new energy to the Idol community. The trio — Vishal Dadlani, Shreya Ghosal, and Badshah — are truly having a fun time together, promising to make this season even more entertaining.
During the auditions, in a playful moment, Shreya and Vishal teased Badshah into making tea for 120 people on set. Embracing the moment, Badshah immediately video-called his mother for instructions to make the tea, living up to his "mumma’s boy" persona.
As Shreya jokingly asked whether he would next add sugar, jaggery, or HONEY; Badshah shot her a meaningful side-eye and replied, "Aapko jo daalna hai ismein who khud daalo" while the penny dropped for Vishal as he laughingly said, “Oh Oh… Abhi samaj aaya mujhe.”
The BTS video saw Honey Singh take a stab at Badshah's rapping skills on his social media, as he wrote, “Aise lyrics likhwane hai, bas taqdeer ban jayegi meri 😂”. And now, the internet is having a field day, with memes galore poking fun at the duo's alleged dig at each other with netizens fiercely taking sides.
