Munawar Praises Shobhika in "Playground", says, “I don’t like it when someone fights with Shobhika”

MUMBAI: On the reality show Playground, where Munawar Faruqui serves as a judge, he has expressed strong support for contestant Shobhika, highlighting her confidence and resilience. “We need this confidence. This is what I want in the show. And I can invest money on this. She will do this in the show,” Munawar stated, emphasizing his belief in her abilities.

He called Shobhika a strong competitor, saying, “Shobhika is a very strong contestant. She has been thrown out by the team. She has hit her own feet,” acknowledging the challenges she has faced. Munawar also noted her consistent presence: “Shobhika is the one who is always seen in these weeks… doing really well, really perfect.”

Showing a protective side, Munawar said, “I don’t like it when someone fights with Shobhika.” Their bond has grown beyond the show, with Munawar referring to her as “like my sister now” and wishing her, “Happy Diwali as a brother.”
