MUMBAI: Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 released on 1st November and had a major clash with Singham Again. The Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri starrer movie gave a tough fight to the Rohit Shetty directorial. On its first day, the movie opened up to a massive amount of Rs 35.50 Cr. The movie had collected around Rs 5 Cr already in Advance Ticket bookings and it’s really amazing to see how the movie is getting immense love from the audience.
Kartik Aaryan has made a strong mark now as Rooh Baba, his character that started appeared first in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. However, the audience were really excited when it was announced that Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan are aloso going to be a part of the movie. The movie got a pretty huge hype when it was updated that Vidya Balan is going to play Manjulika.
Now in an exclusive segment ‘Magic With GiGi’, anchor, actor and scriptwriter Gayatri Gauri got into a conversation with Vidya Balan where they discussed a lot of things and one interesting part was when Vidya Balan revealed about how she deals with rejections.
Vidya Balan said, “I think it’s never easy but I think you remember that everyone in the room will never approve of you but at all times, you can have one person who approves of you and that person can be you. You should have at least that one person’s approval at all times. On a good day, on a bad day, on a very bad day, whatever it is, that one person has to be on your side because everyone else will sometimes be on your side will sometimes not.”
When pointed out about the falling incident that happened on stage while performing during a promotional event and appreciating her for the strength she showed in getting up and going on with the performance anyway, she said, “I had seen an interview of Raj Kapoor when I was a child. I think he had passed away and they were replaying some of his old interviews on TV. My father was watching it and I sat. he (Raj Kapoor) said ‘The show must go on’ and I don’t think I understood then but I think I did because that day on stage that is exactly what happened you know, I just picked myself up...because it has to go on. That’s life. You fall and you pick yourself up together and it’s okay. Not that I gave it a thought on stage or anything, I was in front of audience, I’m a performer, an entertainer so I just picked myself up and I went on but I feel that how do you pick yourself up in life. Just by telling yourself that you know it’s very normal and natural for everyone to have falls. It’s like there are sunsets, there is a sunset every single day but then there is also a sunrise the next day. So if the sun says that now I’ve set, I can’t get up then we’ll be in darkness for the rest of our lives. It’s exactly that. So just remind ourselves of that”
