The show will soon complete a year's journey. How has the experience been so far?
The experience has been great. Every project comes with its own challenges. The experience has been beautiful. The show's story is lovely and my character is extremely good. So, it's amazing.
What changes have you noticed in your character till now?
My character Babita Ahuja has been a very dominating character right from the day one. She has been strong and then gradually she takes a little bit of a negative turn because of the circumstances. She doesn't want Virat and Amruta to be together because of the past experiences. So, my character is going through a lot of trauma because of the relation with his son. Since Priyanka has taken everything, Babita is now living a very simple life as there is no luxury in her life anymore. So, it has been a difficult life for Babita. As Kishori Shahane, I have taken this with a pinch of salt and as a performer, I have give my character a bit of a comic flavor to the character. My character is going through a lot of twists and turns. I feel my character is the only one in the show who is best. It is fun to perform.
What can the viewers expect from your character in the upcoming days?
I think Babita Ahuja has suffered a lot now. And she is going to bounce back. The viewers will get to see the comeback of Babita Ahuja again. She is not going to be quiet. She is going to fight back.
