MUMBAI : Ashika accuses Savi of being jealous and framing her in a false case out of revenge. The judge interrupts, emphasizing that the court requires evidence and instructs the lawyers to proceed with their arguments. Jagtap criticizes Ashika, revealing her seven-year relationship with Arsh. Ashika’s lawyer Dharam objects, claiming Arsh is merely a friend, but Jagtap sarcastically dismisses this and questions Ashika about selling a car gifted to Kiyaan by Arsh. Ashika denies it but lies in her response. When Jagtap requests to call Mohit for questioning, the judge inquires about his location, prompting Jagtap to request additional time to gather evidence.

Kiyaan prays to God, and Sai tells him that she prayed for Savi’s success. Kiyaan gets angry and scolds Sai, insisting that Ashika is truthful and will win the case, leaving Savi defeated. He storms off, asserting that Rajat is supporting them.
Aman brings Mohit to court, and Rajat informs Ashika that Arsh failed to stop Mohit’s arrival. During questioning, Jagtap uncovers that Mohit received ₹10 lakhs from Arsh and had been avoiding doctor’s appointments for two months. Jagtap also reveals that Arsh’s aide Jigar took the accident car to a mechanic. He declares the evidence supporting Ashika’s defense to be fabricated. Under pressure, Mohit admits to receiving money and the car from Arsh but denies causing the accident. Jagtap concludes that the evidence implicates Ashika and Arsh’s attempt to cover up the incident. The judge warns Mohit against lying in court again and dismisses him, postponing the case to the next session. Savi thanks Jagtap for his efforts.
Rajat tells Dharam that they must protect Ashika at all costs or else Kiyaan will be implicated. Savi overhears Rajat plotting with Ashika and becomes upset. In the following session, Jagtap questions Ashika about her whereabouts on 2nd November. She claims she was window shopping at a mall but did not buy anything. Jagtap challenges her to prove her claim and accuses her of involvement in the accident. Rajat intervenes, asserting that Ashika is truthful and that he was with her when the accident occurred.
