Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen par wraps up shoot; here’s when to expect a theatrical release?

MUMBAI : In December 2007, Aamir Khan made the audience emotional with his debut directorial. Taare Zameen Par did not just entertain the audience with comedy and drama but it started a discussion amongst parents about how they are supposed to understand their child better. The movie was based on the character of a child who suffers through dyslexia.

Aamir Khan is ready to come back with Sitaare Zameen Par. The movie is a sequel and it is reported that instead of being an emotional movie, it is going to be a comedy experience for the audience. As per reports that came earlier, the movie was supposed to be released in 2024 December but there have been no confirmations as of yet.

Now, according to latest reports, shooting has been wrapped and it has been directed by RS Prasanna and is going to be a sports comedy that is expected to hit the theatres in summer 2025. Yes, the shooting has been wrapped, the movie is now in post-production and it seems there will be a focus-group screening in February 2025.
