MUMBAI: Gullu Boy got a lot of appreciation after its release in 2019. The movie starred Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vijay Raaz and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Zoya Akhtar has given some really amazing movies and this is just one of them.
Now according to Filmfare, there’s going to be a sequel to this 2019 movie. According to reports, Vicky Kaushal and Ananya Panday will be the lead star cast.
“Arjun Varain Singh, who directed Kho Gaye Hum Kahan for Excel and Tiger Baby, is set to direct the Gully Boy sequel. He’s confident that Ananya, who was his heroine in Kho Gaye, will be the perfect lead for the project. Vicky has been attached to the sequel for a while now. Let’s see if these three stars can come together to recreate the magic of Gully Boy,” the source shared.
