Andhra Pradesh DyCM and Actor Pawan Kalyan’s Selfless Service and Special Gift to Orphaned children & Widowed Woman

Pawan

MUMBAI: Despite being one of India’s most beloved movie stars, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, now serving as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and MLA of Pithapuram constituency, continues to prove that true leadership lies in selfless service. His recent initiative of donating his entire monthly salary for orphans in his constituency reflects his deep commitment to humanity and his people.

The Hari Hara Veera Mallu actor began his philanthropic activities a few months ago by donating his entire monthly salary to orphaned children. On August 8, 2025, 42 orphaned children in Pithapuram received a cheque of ₹5,000 each, directly delivered to their homes through active Kriya Volunteers. This monthly initiative, which began three months ago, is not a publicity stunt and it is a deeply personal mission for Pawan Kalyan

Pawan Kalyan prefers to call these children "Children of God" firmly believing that every one of them is born for a greater purpose, despite their painful past. As a father-figure to his constituency, Pawan Kalyan has vowed to stand by those who have no one else. Unlike many in the political sphere, who are known for hoarding wealth, Pawan Kalyan is donating his hard-earned income - a rare quality that continues to earn him the respect and admiration of millions.

This act of compassion is not limited to children alone. In celebration of Raksha Bandhan, the Deputy CM has also arranged for sarees to be distributed to 1,500 widowed women in the constituency, once again using his personal resources. These are heartfelt gestures aimed at healing the emotional wounds of the most vulnerable sections of society.

The love and admiration for Pawan Kalyan among the people of Andhra Pradesh, especially in Pithapuram, are overwhelming. His fans and party workers, inspired by his example, are actively participating in every philanthropic activity.
