MUMBAI: Filmmaker Farah Khan made her grand directorial debut with Shah Rukh Khan's Main Hoon Na, initially offering the antagonist role (Raghavan Dutta) to Kamal Haasan. Kamal Haasan turned down the offer. Farah recalled visiting Shruti Haasan's Mumbai home during a cooking vlog and told Shruti, "Kamal sir was my first choice for Main Hoon Na... he politely asked me to duck off." The role went to Suniel Shetty instead.
