MUMBAI: Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is getting quite interesting with each passing episode. The current track of the show was a mix of lot of drama and emotions with Geetanjali's death. In the upcoming episodes, Abhira will leave Udaipur and will be seen going to Jaipur for a special Law course.
Now, TellyChakkar.com has exclusively learned that the show will witness a couple of new entries which will spice things up between Armaan and Abhira. As per sources, Shiv Shakti actress Riya Junni will be seen entering the show as Aaliya.
As per sources, Riya will play Abhira's roommate in Jaipur's college hostel. A little birdie has informed us that Aaliya will be seen having a boyfriend named Priyanshu. Aaliya and Priyanshu will be a lovey-dovey couple. Seeing their innocent love Armaan and Abhira will be reminded of their love and affection for each other.
In the upcoming episodes, Karwachauth will also be celebrated wherein seeing Aaliya and Priyanshu, Abhira will miss her bond with Armaan.
When contacted, Riya confirmed the buzz and said, "Yes, I am joining Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. I will play Abhira's room-mate in the show."
