MUMBAI: A special movie screening of “Jassi Weds Jassi” was organized by the mentor of Jaipur Chapter, Major Dr. Meeta Singh, for all the Shalinis and their parents on 7th November 2025. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from 217 attendees who came together for an evening filled with laughter, warmth, and togetherness.
The screening aimed to promote mental well-being, offering relaxation and entertainment while encouraging the girls to spend quality time with their parents beyond their academic and daily routines. The cheerful energy in the theatre reflected the power of cinema to uplift spirits and create shared memories.
Lead actor Harshh Vardhan Singh Deo, expressing his joy about the initiative, said, “It’s truly heartening to know that Jassi Weds Jassi was the medium to spread smiles and has reached young minds in such a meaningful way. Cinema can be a wonderful bridge between emotions, families, and conversations.”
Adding to that, Soma Singh Deo shared, “Seeing the Shalinis and their parents laugh together and take back positive energy from the film is the biggest reward for us as storytellers.”
