MUMBAI: Television and film actress Tara Sutaria and actor Veer Pahariya have transitioned their long-speculated romance into a publicly celebrated relationship, marked by a series of affectionate gestures and recent joint appearances.
Veer Pahariya is the grandson of former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Sushilkumar Shinde, and made his acting debut in the film Sky Force.
Rumours first began stirring around early 2025 when the couple was spotted together at various social events, including leaving a Mumbai restaurant separately after a rumoured dinner date.
Speculation intensified when they walked the ramp as showstoppers at Lakme Fashion Week 2025, presenting a picture of undeniable chemistry.

Their relationship moved toward confirmation in July 2025 when both Tara and Veer shared photos on their individual Instagram stories from the scenic Amalfi Coast in Italy. Fans quickly noticed that the background scenery in their posts was identical, leading to chatter about them "soft-launching" their romance.
The duo began to make their status more evident in August 2025. Following a flirty exchange on social media where Veer commented "My" on Tara's post and she replied "Mine," Tara subtly made their relationship Instagram official by including a picture with Veer in her Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations post.
That same month, during a fashion event, their chemistry went viral when Tara, walking the ramp, affectionately blew a flying kiss to Veer, who was seated in the front row.
Tara later appeared on a podcast where she subtly confirmed she was in a "very happy space" and was "over the moon" regarding her love life, stating, "I prioritise that [love] above all. It's the important thing for me, undoubtedly."
Most recently, the couple celebrated Tara's 30th birthday in November 2025 with an intimate gathering in the Maldives.
A video from the private party circulated online, showing an intimate moment where Veer fed Tara a piece of cake before they exchanged a gentle kiss and a warm hug.
For the occasion, Tara wore a dazzling sequinned outfit, while Veer looked dapper in a tailored blue suit.
To celebrate her birthday, Veer posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, sharing a string of photos of the couple, including a candid snap of him playing the piano for her and moments from their yacht rides.
Veer captioned the post with the loving words, "Happy Birthday, my whole heart," to which Tara sweetly responded, "My everything."
