YRF's Shuddh Desi Romance to release on 6 September

It’s known that YRF’s Shuddh Desi Romance has been invited to participate at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) for a Gala Red Carpet premiere that will take place on 11 September (2013). In view of this, the release of the film has been brought forward to 6 September. This will enable the artistes to be in the country during the crucial pre-release marketing phase and at the time of release. Shuddh Desi Romance is a fresh rom-com about the hair-raising minefield between love, attraction and commitment. The film is based in today’s modern yet desi heartland. While Sushant Singh Rajput plays the role of a casual boy-next-door Raghu, Parineeti Chopra plays the bold role of Gayatri, his lover.
